Always happy with with the service and value, but really love the helpful employees that offer help. This is especially true for Ant! This young man is a true professional and you can tell he really enjoys his job, which is so rare nowadays. I would continue to be an unlimited member just to be able to have a chat with him! Keep up the good work and I know that you are going far in this company.

I don't know what others are talking about with the car line. They have two lanes: one for members and one for non members. I actually like their membership, btw. I go there about once a week with my new car and I'm really good about keeping it clean because I can go there frequently. Staff is friendly. Vacuums usually work. Supplies are usually properly stocked. I recommend them.

Wonderful car wash. Always clean, everything is stocked, lots of people working. Of the waters in the area- this one definitely has the most space for interior cleaning/ vacuuming. As a single woman I NEVER feel unsafe here- there is always an employee presence outside. Robert was working hard stocking - so was everyone. Highly recommend 😊

I had a really good experience here at Waters. Robert helped me get some thing in the car wash that fell off of my car. I was so happy. I thought I lost it for good. The experience here was very positive. There was staff all over trying to help and if you look lost, someone was always readily available to help you. Everything was fully stocked and very easy to get to get in and out. I come here a lot in the morning, but it’s nice to see a car wash ready to help Only good things.

Great service and attitude of the staff - from the entry to the end of service in vacuum/cleaning area. Stephanie was super helpful with tire shine and refilling missing cleaning supplies! One small note - the vacuums at the end of the line aren’t strong enough, so you might want to move towards the entrance area for a better suction. First time here, and will be back!

This is my first visit to waters carwash and EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING AND SUPER FRIENDLY!!! John took the time to explain the memberships. John made my experience so great my whole family will start going to waters car wash they have a great staff and everything we need to wash the car. The detail station is my favorite part!!! I don’t need to go to dollar tree again. Thank you waters car wash, you got yourself a loyal customer.
